THE
TOTALLY SELF CONTAINED VEHICLE REALIGNMENT WORK STATION
Korek 4000 is a very heavy
duty workstation, which is equally effective regardless of the
level of damage to the vehicle. The advanced design ensures high
speed loading, anchoring and straightening of passenger cars,
vans and light commercials.
The system is
based on a very strong bench with an integral lift mechanism
and pulling arms enabling rapid vehicle mounting, measuring and
realignment.
Variable working height.
The vehicle can be driven or winched onto Korek 4000 and the
powerful lift will raise the entire bench to a comfortable working
height. The Korek 4000 is perfectly suited to one man operation,
providing excellent access to the vehicle, while the lifting
beam provides easy, effortless loading of the vehicle. It also
enables the operator to adjust accurately, the position of the
vehicle, single-handed.
360° Pushing
and pulling.
Korek 4000 is fitted with two 10 ton pull towers as standard
and each can be swung a full 360º around the vehicle with
minimum effort, thanks to the Korek's rail and roller bearings.
The pulling towers
also enable realignment of the roof and pillars.
The 10 ton rams
can be operated by hand or alternatively, the operator can control
pushes and pulls by using his foot, leaving both hands free.
A Comprehensive
range of tools and accessories.
Like it's sister in-floor Korek system, the operator
supplies the 4000 with a comprehensive range of realignment tools
and accessories on wallboards for quick and easy access.
A full range
of sill and body clamps is available for virtually any vehicle.
Fast and accurate measuring.
Korek 4000 can be used with the P188 Mk2 mechanical measuring
system or Shark,
Blackhawk's computer controlled ultrasonic measuring system.
